TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A non refundable $50 deposit is to be paid to secure the party booking
- Final numbers and food options must be finalized no later than 3 days prior to the party – please note no refunds will be given for last minute change decrease of children attending as our catering, staffing and organizing of the party will already be organized.
- A list of childrens names is required prior to the party
- Please arrive 10 mins prior to the party
- Please complete the list of children’s names to supply to us prior to the party, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it into the centre between opening hours
- All parties require a minimum of 10 children (or the equivalent payment of 10 children if you have few children attending)
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to party starting time to make payment and check in
- All children must wear socks at all times on any play equipment for health and safety reasons
- The terms and conditions of entry to the centre apply to parties and general public, please remind your party guests to wear socks. If parents are not staying with party children the parent/guardian of the birthday child must sign in and be responsible for these children.
